We ask that all athletes and parents follow our new operating procedures and guidelines for training and clinics:

  • When arriving at the club, follow signs for direction as to where to go.
  • Arrive no more then 5 minutes early and must be dropped off in the front of the facility.
  • We expect all athletes to have been practicing proper health habits prior to entering the facility
  • Maintain social distancing cues displayed on the floor.
  • There will be 2 entrances in the front of the facility. For the necessity of proof of health we will need to have temperate checks for every athlete and coach that enters. Those who wish to take their temp at home and take a picture and email that to us, you may do so and there will be an entrance directed for that population. The email address to send that information is gro.ymedacatnemecnavdanull@otohppmet.   The club will have non-invasive forehead scan thermometers that will scan our athletes who have yet to be measured and there will be a specific door for those athletes as directed by the signs.
  • We will always have a staff member on-site to assist with checking in and maintaining the social guidelines.
  • Athletes must come dressed ready to play and may only bring a water bottle into the facility.
  • Once checked in the athlete will be told what court they are on and will have to go directly to that court to begin their training session.
  • The club water fountain and restroom will be closed.
  • If there is an emergency and the restroom has to be used, that is allowed.  However, upon completion of usage of said restroom it must be cleaned before anyone would be allowed to use it again.
  • Upon completion of the training session the athlete will follow cues for cleaning their equipment (balls, cones whatever they used). There will be signs and cues to show where things go and the building worker will be on hand to assist as well.
  • After everything is cleaned and put away the athlete is to be picked up in the rear of the building.
  • If the athlete drove him/herself, they will park in the front and will be allowed to leave through the front but will have to practice responsible distancing among the added traffic.
  • There will not be any congregating in the facility before and after training sessions.
