    Submission of this form provides an official record of the commitment of the athlete noted below to play for Advancement Academy during the 2016 Club Volleyball season. This form also provides appropriate linkage to PayPal to complete the processing of your deposit that is payable as part of your acceptance of the early offer. If you prefer to pay your deposit via check, you can return to the previous page and select the paying with cash or check option.
  • Payment Information

    • Upon clicking the Submit button, you will be sent to PayPal to complete the transaction. This will allow you to use your Credit Card or PayPal account to make your registration payment.
    • Choosing to pay through Paypal requires an additional 3% handling fee that does not count toward your dues.
