Julie Waller    Co-Coach

More about Julie:
Julie graduated for Bloom Carroll High School where she played 3+ years varsity as a defensive player. The Ohio State University asked Julie to consider playing volleyball for them. She decided not to pursue any sports at the college level due to burn-out.

Julie later regretted this decision because of the pure joy volleyball brought to her life. To pass down her love of the game, she started the volleyball program at Fairfield Christian Academy where she had been teaching. She coached at every level for six years total. Since then she has always been involved with volleyball, giving youth clinics in various locations to being a practice coach for a U14 club team last year (2014).

Julie loves life: learning, playing, teaching, laughing and eating! She taught Spanish and Art classes and coached volleyball, basketball and track until she made the decision to stay home with her fifth child.

She feels blessed that after years of begging her daughters to volley, they now have the same love of and desire to play volleyball all of the time. All of the time - even in the snow!

Julie has been married 29 years. Her three sons are all university graduates. Kailey (13) and Emi (11) go to Canal Winchester Middle School and are excited for their second year of playing club ball.
